Complaints

Complaints of goods are considered on the base of incompatibility of product with placed order resulting from a mistake on our side. For instance, faulted product or a different colour variant then requested will be taken under claim consideration. We will send a courier to pick up the wrong product immediately after receiving your complaint form. The return costs are only customer's responsibility. Returns

Returns of goods are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the order by the customer. To return the goods, complete the return form and contact our customer service to arrange collection of goods.
